What are the shipping charges for sending a jewelry piece for any of the services covered under the Warranty?
For sending us the jewelry piece, Customers will need to purchase a shipping label and send it to our address.
What services are not included in Warranty?
Maintenance, repair, sizing, or any other service performed by a jeweler or third party other than Geum will void your Manufacturer's Warranty. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of gemstones, or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered.Some examples of common jewelry issues that will not be considered manufacturing defects include: Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work. Bent, caught, or worn out prong(s) allowing a gemstone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage. Lost gemstone or a gemstone falling out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
How can I keep my jewelry cleaning for years to come ?
Keeping your gemstones gleaming is easy! Wash your jewelry with warm soapy water and a soft-bristled brush, like a toothbrush. Pat dry using a soft microfiber cloth and store your jewelry in a safe, dry place when it’s not being worn. Try to avoid harsh chemicals that can lurk in everyday products such as lotion, perfume, and hairspray as well as household cleaners like bleach. To be safe we recommend your jewelry is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when you get home.
