Can I return my jewelry ?
Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new jewelry. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we want to make things right. You can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days from the date of delivery.
How do I return my jewelry ?
Just send us an email within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry. Please note: Jewelry bundles included offer must be returned as the full set to be accepted for refund.
When will I receive my refund ?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected our Quality Assurance team, Once approved, your refund will be processed within 8 to 12 business days and credited to your original payment method. (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping). Please Note: Return items should be Unworn, Unused and In Original condition they were received.
How should I pack my returns for shipping?
All items must be returned with the free gifts and any certificates as provided in the original packaging. Once, the return request is raised online, you can process the return and ship back the items mentioning Order no and sender’s address. If you fail to return the free gift, certificate or any item included in the order, the amount mentioned on our website or the price of that item which was not sent will be deducted. The rest of the amount will be refunded to your account.
What items are not returnable within 30 days?
1. Geum will not accept any product that has been mishandled, damaged, modified, or already worn by the customer.
2. Special orders or orders crafted specifically for a customer as per their request.
3: Items
sent to us without their Order number, packages shipped beyond the 30-day return period, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
